Responsibilities

• Provide financial management and strategic reporting to support divisional operations.
• Track contract balances alongside historical, current, and projected expenditures across office, program, and performer levels.
• Generate milestone status reports and deliver strategic presentations tailored for colleagues, subordinates, and end-users.
• Post, balance, monitor, and reconcile internal department/division monthly ledgers, budgets, and financial reporting system reports; prepare drafts of budget planning documents.
• Track past, current, and future expenditures at varying levels (office, program, performer).
• Provide support to annual budget submissions. Develop and track program level travel budget and expenditures. Prepare/review MS PowerPoint presentations. Represent DCO in budget meetings. Facilitate regular meetings with program offices to maintain status of current and future activities.
