Intelligence Careers is seeking a highly experienced federal Budget/Finance leader for an excepted GS-15 position in the CFO's office. The role leads budget development, justification, and performance evaluation, advising top agency leadership with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

Candidates must demonstrate expert knowledge of federal budget law and PPBE, and possess strong written and oral communication skills to support Congress and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Plan, prepare, justify, administer, analyze, forecast, and monitor budget/financial information.
• Advise senior agency management with financial analysis and recommended actions.
• Make complex decisions addressing undefined issues through extensive analysis.
• Expert knowledge of Federal budget/financial management laws, regulations, and guidance.
• Excellent oral and written communication for clear, concise products.
• Develop consensus recommendations and incorporate new information from stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 24 hours of Finance/Accounting or related coursework.
