Qualifications

• Two years of increasingly responsible professional experience in general administration, budget and fiscal analysis, special studies and projects, or policy interpretation.
• Education equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business administration, finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative, operational, research and analytical duties in support of departmental activities.
• Conduct analyses, studies and research projects including those regarding budget, finance and/or operational activities.
• Prepare and present reports; provide staff assistance to departmental management staff; assist in the preparation of reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary.
• Assist in the evaluation of operations and activities of assigned responsibilities; recommend improvements and modifications for work methods and procedures and assist in implementation.
