Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of budgeting, FP&A, accounting, or financial reporting experience.
• Experience creating budgets, forecasts, models, and management reports.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and present findings.
• Experience with financial systems, budgeting tools, and spreadsheets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze operating and capital budgets.
• Prepare budgets forecasts, models, variance analyses, and leadership reports.
• Monitor budget performance, identify trends and risks.
• Analyze data to inform resource allocation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with department leaders to gather assumptions and validate data.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards.
• Support long-range planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve budgeting processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.
• Support special projects and business cases.
