Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Business Analyst, Budget Planning & Financial Operations to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the organization. You will partner with budget owners to maintain accurate forecasts, monitor spending, and identify risks and opportunities while ensuring resources are used effectively.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, highly organized, and comfortable presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis or related role.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with detailed financial data.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget planning and recurring forecast cycles.
• Maintain forecast workbooks and supporting documentation.
• Explain budget, forecast, actual, and committed-spend information clearly.
• Prepare leadership summaries and recurring reports and dashboards.
