UL Standards & Engagement seeks a Budget & Financial Analyst Lead to oversee enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis from Evanston, IL. This hybrid role (Tuesdays & Thursdays onsite) partners with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable financial plans and provides board-ready budget-to-actual insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years directly related experience.
• Experience with Adaptive and Workday is strongly preferred.

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets and multi-year financial plans.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive financial planning processes and translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Oversee monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis and provide recommendations to optimize costs.
