You will manage budget development, run revenue analyses, monitor expenditures, and support monthly reporting while coordinating with HR and campus units to ensure accurate payroll and financial data.

This exempt, 12-month role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of experience in reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly analysis of revenue and expenditures.
• Maintain and update chart strings and position funding structures for accurate reporting; prepare monthly and quarterly budget reports.
• Collaborate with HR to coordinate timelines for HCM data changes and payroll processes; provide departmental budget training.
