The role reports to the Workforce Operations Manager and requires careful attention to detail. The position supports high-volume financial processes in a dynamic educational setting, with regular interaction with students, vendors and staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and apply accounting standards.
• Knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting for budget management.
• Experience with budget formulation, evaluation and execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to run queries in automated accounting system (Peoplesoft preferred).
• Ability to organize, edit and proof documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide fiscal support for Workforce Solutions by preparing budget reports.
• Track revenue, expenditures and balances for internal and external funds.
• Process payables and funding forms, and assist with budget development.
• Maintain professional communication with students, vendors, faculty and staff.
• Ensure secure transmission of financial documents and proper documentation.
