Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, data analytics, or related field.
• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) strongly preferred.
• Three years of budgeting, FP&A, accounting, finance, or related analytical work.
• Prior experience in higher education or the public sector is preferred.
• Ability to travel between campuses for meetings.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the college's all-funds operating budget with FP&A.
• Analyze historical spending and strategic priorities for multi-year planning.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures for policy compliance.
• Reconcile budget-to-actuals and support variance analysis.
• Produce regular and ad hoc financial reports for stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and budget tools using Adaptive Planning, Workday, and Excel.
• Provide training and support to budget owners and staff.
• Assist with budget amendments and transfers.
