• Prepare reports for senior management on financial performance, key metrics, and budget variances.
• Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support robust financial controls and compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior budget analysts and encourage continuous improvement.
• Partner with departmental leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to gather financial data and align budgets with operational goals.
