Qualifications

• Specialized experience at GS-11/12 levels and knowledge of budgeting policies, regulations, and processes.
• Ability to gather, assemble, and analyze data to prepare budget estimates and develop alternatives.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to justify, defend, present, and advise on budget actions.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, justify, and execute the budget for assigned accounts using various funding sources.
• Prepare detailed analyses of annual and multi-year budget estimates for programs into consolidated budgets.
• Provide advice and guidance on budgeting and related information.
