Job summary

Metric Geo in California is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple major bridge projects across Orange County and Southern California. You will own complex heavy civil programs from preconstruction through closeout, mentoring teams and driving performance in schedule, safety, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple large-scale bridge projects, including new construction, widening, and rehabilitation
• Manage all phases of project delivery: preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
• Provide strategic leadership to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and margin performance
• Drive schedule adherence and proactively mitigate project risks and change events
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, Caltrans/DOT agencies, designers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Ensure full compliance with Caltrans/DOT requirements, safety standards, and quality control programs
• Support pursuit strategy, constructability reviews, and preconstruction planning for upcoming bridge work
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
