Job summary

Cymbiotika is seeking a Founder Brand & Social Specialist to manage Durana’s brand operations and daily social media presence. You will align partnerships, content, and communications with the Director of Creative & Social Media to ensure consistent execution.

The role requires on-site presence in San Diego with travel for events; a hybrid schedule and quarterly gatherings are expected. You’ll influence content strategy and build community engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, communications, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (including TikTok), content creation, and community management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Durana brand and social channels.
• Manage communications, partnerships, and events on-site and travel as needed.
• Create and execute daily stories and posts; manage the Durana TikTok channel.
