Job summary

Cymbiotika is seeking a Founder Brand Director to lead the next chapter of Durana Elmi’s personal brand. You will shape strategy, partnerships, and visibility, partnering with senior teams to position her as a founder and tastemaker at the intersection of wellness, fashion, beauty, business, motherhood, travel, and culture.

This hybrid role requires strong judgment, autonomy, and network-building to translate a founder’s POV into a lasting brand.

• Strong experience in brand strategy, partnerships, relationship development, and external opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Founder Brand strategy, positioning, and growth for Durana’s personal brand.
• Build and manage high-value ecosystem of relationships across brands, founders, media, fashion, and culture.
• Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations aligned with Durana’s values and positioning.
• Represent Durana externally and lead partnership discussions and negotiations as appropriate.
• Identify events, podcasts, press, and cultural moments to build brand equity.
• Ensure Durana is prepared with context, talking points, and logistics for opportunities.
• Lead the Founder Brand & Social Manager and mentor across initiatives.
