Qualifications

• Intimate knowledge of industry products, services, distribution, customers & competitors.
• Lean principles and tools experience preferred.
• Brand management experience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an end-to-end brand and product strategy to grow the premium brand.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity identification.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align goals with portfolio strategy.
• Oversee pricing, channel marketing, and training to support brand value.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life decisions.
• Drive performance analysis using KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Mentor and lead marketing, training, and design teams.
