Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking an Associate Brand & Product Leader to shape strategy, portfolio, pricing, and profitability across a brand within our portfolio. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Finance to drive results from insights to action.

This remote position embraces an eastern or central time zone focus; candidates should be ready to travel 5–10% and lead a two-year strategic plan with a focus on growth, differentiation and a healthy innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline required; MBA beneficial but not required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Strategy, or related field.
• Experience with pricing, portfolio management, product development, customer segmentation, or new product commercialization.
• Experience in durable goods, building products, cabinetry, manufacturing, or consumer products is a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the capability to assume broader P&L responsibility.
• Ability to work across multiple functions to deliver business results and translate complex information into clear priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build the capabilities to lead and manage a P&L, including drivers of sales, price, volume, mix, margin, cost, and profitability.
• Establish quarterly sales and profitability objectives and maintain a disciplined operating cadence against commitments.
• Analyze performance to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; lead root-cause analysis and countermeasure development.
• Turn data into fact-based recommendations and actions while balancing near-term performance with long-term health of the brand.
• Develop a two-year brand and product strategy focused on high-value opportunities for profitable growth.
• Determine how pricing, product mix, portfolio actions, and new product introductions work together to deliver strategy.
• Clarify the brand's role, positioning, differentiation, and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Translate competitive intelligence and market dynamics into actionable priorities and investment choices.
• Develop deep understanding of target customers and spend meaningful time with customers, sales teams, and channel partners.
• Convert customer needs into product, pricing, positioning, innovation, and commercial priorities.
