Phelps Health in Rolla, Missouri, is seeking a Director of Marketing and Public Relations to lead integrated marketing, branding, and communications for the health system. You will advance brand strength, consumer engagement, and market growth across Phelps Health and its affiliates from the Rolla campus.

The role reports to the AVP of Experience, Strategy and Engagement and requires a track record of strategic marketing leadership, team development, and effective stakeholder collaboration

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressively responsible marketing/communications experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading growth initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Mansioni

• Develops, executes, and evaluates annual strategic marketing plans.
• Oversees branding, advertising, digital marketing, and public relations for Phelps Health and affiliates.
• Collaborates with leaders to support growth initiatives and community engagement.
• Identifies growth opportunities through market insights and industry trends.
• Manages the Marketing department staff and mentors team development.
