This role collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders to translate operational needs into practical construction solutions, manages risk, and reports progress to the Executive Director of Facilities and Support Services.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in healthcare construction or design or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction/engineering management.
• 5-7 years healthcare-related project or construction management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage all phases of hospital renovation and new construction projects.
• Coordinate information flow among external consultants, in-house staff and project teams.
• Ensure projects meet codes, guidelines, regulatory requirements, and budgets.
• Oversee construction firms, general contractors, architects and inspectors.
• Manage budgets, schedules and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders on operational needs.
