Job summary

Subaru of America in Camden, NJ seeks a strategic leader to own Subaru's consumer product licensing, brand protection and trademark enforcement. You will govern program strategy, drive cross-functional alignment and deliver measurable revenue through compliant IP use and licensee partnerships.

Hybrid role with remote work two days per week after 90 days; base salary range $115,000–$140,000, bonus eligible, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of work experience.
• Experience managing consumer products licensing programs and licensee relationships.
• Familiarity with online brand enforcement, e-commerce enforcement, and IP protection.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic steward of brand assets and governance for trademarks and IP.
• Lead growth strategy for consumer products licensing and category expansion.
• Develop trademark protection, online brand enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting strategies.
• Manage licensing program operations, including licensee management, approvals, and royalty reporting.
• Source and negotiate licensing agreements with new and existing licensees.
