Expedia Group in Seattle seeks a Finance Manager for Growth Marketing Finance to partner on Brand Awareness investments across Brand Media, Sponsorships, DG, and Global Communications. You will lead planning, forecasting, and close activities, coordinating with accounting, procurement, and agencies to ensure governance and accurate spend classifications.

The role requires 5+ years in finance with marketing/brand experience, advanced Excel and SQL, MBA preferred, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills with advanced Excel.
• Experience in brand, media, or marketing finance.
• Ability to manage complexity across channels, stakeholders and cost categories.
• Strong communication skills to translate financial complexity to non-finance audiences.
• MBA preferred

Responsabilités

• Own annual planning, quarterly outlooks, and monthly close across Brand Awareness channels.
• Maintain spend views by category and load to finance targets.
• Perform variance analysis and translate drivers into narratives for leaders.
• Manage close, accruals, and approvals across agencies and vendors.
• Partner with accounting, procurement, and AP to ensure controls across spend categories.
• Serve as finance partner for Brand Media and Sponsorships; support deal structures and forecast pacing.
• Support Demand Generation budgets and non-working budget views; manage unallocated budgets.
• Govern influencer/creator spend and budget governance in collaboration with teams.
• Develop executive-ready reporting on Brand Awareness budget and forecast.
• Challenge investment choices using brand metrics and campaign effectiveness data.
• Support leadership decisions on sponsorship investments and budget trade-offs.
