Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Finance Manager in Growth Marketing Finance to drive planning, forecasting, and governance for Brand Awareness investments across Brand Media, Sponsorships, and Global Communications. The role partners with creative, comms, and sponsorship teams to translate multi-channel spend into clear financial insights.

The candidate should have 5+ years in finance with a focus on marketing/brand finance, strong Excel and SQL skills, and a BA; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel required; SQL experience preferred.
• Experience in brand, media, or marketing finance.
• 5+ years of finance experience with increasing levels of responsibility, including at least 2 years in a marketing or media finance role.
• BA required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own annual planning, quarterly outlooks, and monthly close across Brand Awareness channels.
• Maintain spend views by category, ensuring load and reconciliation to targets.
• Perform variance analysis and translate drivers into narratives for stakeholders.
• Manage close, accruals, and invoice timing across agencies and vendors.
• Partner with Accounting, Procurement, and AP for consistent financial controls.
