Job summary

OLX is seeking a Principal Brand Designer to shape the visual identity across OLX Group and its brands. You will define brand systems, governance, and creative direction across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.

You’ll lead through influence, build scalable AI-powered design workflows, templates, and assets, and mentor designers while partnering with Marketing, Brand Strategy, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand design, or visual design.
• Experience building or evolving brands at scale across multiple products or markets.
• Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with motion design, storytelling, and digital brand experiences.
• Experience building or contributing to enterprise design systems.
• Deep familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the future of OLX Group’s brand ecosystem and evolve visual identity across OLX Group and brands.
• Build scalable design systems, asset libraries, and governance for consistent brand expression.
• Provide creative direction across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints (excluding advertising).
• Develop AI-ready design systems, templates, and governance to boost efficiency and quality.
• Raise the creative standard across OLX Group, guiding brand launches, executive communications, and employer branding.
• Translate strategy and insights into cohesive brand experiences and collaborate with Marketing and Brand Strategy.
