Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Recruiter to source and hire candidates for a range of client engagements, including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You will analyze hiring needs, design targeted recruiting strategies, and build/maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet client objectives.

You will conduct structured interviews, coach candidates on resumes and interview prep, and partner with hiring managers to ensure service levels and KPIs are achieved.

Qualifications

• Must have recruiting experience and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and hiring processes.
