Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a Temporary Corporate Contracts Manager II to draft, negotiate, and manage contracts supporting research, development, and supply chain efforts. The role works under supervision to help advance the company’s mission and maintain contracts.

The position emphasizes risk assessment, cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, R&D, Finance, IT, and Investor Relations, and adherence to company policies. JD is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of in-house experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or high-tech with focus on contract drafting and negotiation.
• JD preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough understanding of the contract management process, including tracking, negotiation, approval and signature processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and manage a wide range of contracts (NGAs, consulting/service, MTAs, research agreements, clinical study agreements, vendor services).
• Advise and troubleshoot on existing agreements under supervision.
• Define risks related to contracts and communicate them to internal decision-makers.
