Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Nebraska seeks an experienced program and alliance leader to oversee execution, delivery, and relationship management with biopharma partners, maximizing partnership value. You will manage the alliance portfolio, guide governance and risk mitigation, mentor teams, and ensure contractual obligations are met while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology and/or related areas.
• Manager-level (or higher) experience.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own/oversee execution, delivery, and relationship management of programs with biopharma/biotech partners to maximize partnership value.
• Manage/oversee strategic alliance portfolio: partner due diligence and health checks; annual operating plans; contract management; prescriptive delivery (requirements gathering, provisioning recommendations, team direction, timeline/quality tracking); governance/process management; alliance alignment and continuous improvement (governance redesign, expansion opportunities, SME for feasible expansion); proactive risk/issue mitigation.
• Drive customer/business excellence: communicate Caris solution value; provide best-practice partner recommendations; build/expand customer relationships; mentor and develop teams; contribute to process improvements; provide account-level forecasting inputs.
• (If applicable) Lead/manage teams and resource allocation; ensure partner satisfaction and contractual obligations.
