Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in molecular biology, clinical molecular diagnostics, oncology or multimodal real-world data.
• Manager-level (or higher) experience.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Own/oversee execution and relationship management for strategic alliances.
• Lead prescriptive delivery and align workstreams to business needs.
• Conduct alliance health due diligence and annual operating plans.
• Establish governance and identify expansion opportunities.
• Mentor teams, manage resources, and drive capability development.
