Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in molecular biology, diagnostics, oncology, or related fields.
• Minimum Manager-level experience; ability to travel up to 20%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic biopharma/biotech alliance programs and drive value.
• Conduct partner due diligence, health checks, and annual plans.
• Manage contract constraints and ensure deliverables.
• Lead prescriptive delivery with timelines and governance.
• Establish governance and lead partner implementations.
• Identify alliance improvements and expansion opportunities.
• Perform proactive risk management and issue resolution.
• Ensure customer excellence, forecast inputs, and nurture relationships.
• Lead team and manage day-to-day operations when applicable.
