• Oversee accounts receivable, claim submission and collections functions.
• Final review of delinquent accounts and write-offs with proper documentation.
• Maintain AR 90+ days below 15% and ensure timely month-end reporting.
• Lead Billing Supervisors and Billing Leads; ensure accurate billing to payers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist billing and processing claims.
• Final review of delinquent accounts and write-offs with proper documentation.
• Review and submit financial and collection effort data.
• Escalate correspondence from patients, insurers, and other parties when not resolved at lower levels.
• Coordinate collection efforts with clinic supervisory personnel.
• Create training materials for RCM staff and treatment center staff.
• Implement and roll out new insurance carriers to staff and regional operators.
• Communicate changes in payer structures to staff and centers.
• Review month-end reports and ensure accuracy for AR close.
• Maintain 90+ AR below 15% and ensure invoices are submitted by the 7th business day.
