Job summary

Incora is seeking a Strategic Buyer Lead to join our fast-paced procurement team. You will manage supplier relationships, drive strategic sourcing decisions, and apply advanced Excel and AI tools to optimize purchasing processes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in buying/purchasing, experience with RFQs, and a passion for aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing supply chains. You will collaborate with global teams to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.
• Experience in Buyer or Purchasing roles with at least 1 year creating, issuing and analyzing supplier RFQs.
• Strong supplier relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive or manufacturing industries is a plus but not required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with proven experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, applying their commercial and sourcing expertise to support business objectives from day one.

You'll gain hands‑on experience collaborating with suppliers, supporting strategic sourcing decisions, and learning from industry experts in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

As a leading supply chain solutions provider in the aerospace sector, our suppliers are central to our success. In this role, attention to detail and strong communication with both our suppliers and global team members will be essential.

About you:

You will be a confident and competent communicator, and effective supplier relationship management will be at the heart of everything you do. Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.

We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, who have worked in Buyer or Purchasing roles, with at least 1 years' experience of creating, issuing and analyzing supplier RFQ's.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries, but this is not essential.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
