Job summary

Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager – Modular Solutions to lead the development, costing, and submission of modular manufacturing bids.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Leadership to ensure technically sound and commercially competitive proposals within capacity and schedule constraints. The role requires strong commercial discipline, manufacturing cost awareness, and the ability to drive timely bid completion in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in estimating, bid management, proposal management, project controls, or modular solutions.
• Strong understanding of cost development, labor estimating, material takeoffs, vendor pricing, and manufacturing assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full bid development process for modular solutions opportunities from RFQ/RFP receipt through final submission.
• Review customer bid packages, drawings, specifications, scope documents, commercial terms, and proposal requirements.
• Develop and maintain bid schedules to ensure pricing, technical inputs, clarifications, assumptions, and final proposal documents are completed on time.
• Prepare complete bid packages, including proposal letters, scope narratives, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, clarifications, pricing summaries, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate internal bid reviews with leadership prior to submission.
• Track bid status, open actions, clarifications, pricing progress, and proposal deadlines.
