Job summary

Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking a highly driven Modular Project Manager to lead complex modular construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle from award to delivery, ensuring integration of design, VDC/BIM coordination, and financial performance.

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively. Preferred candidates have over 7 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in modular construction and fabrication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of modular construction processes.
• Proficient in financial forecasting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from award through fabrication and delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate between engineering, VDC/BIM, and fabrication teams.
