Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with focus on business or economics preferred.
• 1-2 years BI or strategic planning experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with BI software (Power BI or SQL).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor economy and industry trends and generate market insights reports.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports via BI tools.
• Analyze KPI performance against targets and goals using BI tools.
• Build and maintain automated KPI reporting across the company.
• Assist with implementing BI platform for advanced data analysis and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data output requirements and communicate status.
