Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead / Program Manager to drive demand/supply planning, business process improvements, and cross-functional programs across global supply chains from the Puerto Rico hub. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights and execute end-to-end initiatives that optimize costs and asset utilization.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced university degree preferred.
• Broker's license and/or 6–10 years of experience in a customs/global trade function.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products, raw components and services to policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams; develop and execute end-to-end plans to meet financial and market share goals.
• Develop, track and manage business metrics (e.g., availability, on-time delivery, SRTs, costs, inventory).
• Coordinate logistics across domestic and international systems to support shipments and inventory management.
