Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support end-to-end BI and data initiative delivery within a complex organisation. You will maintain delivery plans, monitor capacity, and escalate risks to BI leadership, while ensuring governance and standard operating procedures are followed.

You will coordinate BI Administrators, work across cross-functional teams, and drive improvements to delivery processes and tooling. UK-wide travel is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to support end-to-end data/BI or digital initiatives.
• Experience in delivery/operations roles within large organisations.
• Background in PMO or delivery management with agile methods.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management skills.
• Knowledge of delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, etc.).
• Experience maintaining operational stability and service continuity.
• Experience coordinating BI Administrators or related teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and delivery updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, track milestones, and escalate risks to BI leadership.
• Monitor operational activities, log incidents and risks, and ensure escalation processes are followed.
• Apply BI operating model and SOPs to ensure consistent ways of working.
• Support BI Administrators by clarifying priorities and escalating concerns.
• Maintain delivery trackers, capacity views, and status updates for planning.
• Apply delivery frameworks and governance controls to reporting and delivery.
• Identify recurring issues and document improvement opportunities for leadership.
