Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, customer/member experience, strategy, business intelligence, or related field
• Master's degree may substitute for relevant work experience
• Banking or Financial Services industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data movement to support strategic goals.
• Prepare reports, target lists, dashboards and executive summaries.
• Analyze results to measure ROI and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and business development to align objectives.
• Track marketing results and report on campaign performance.
• Ensure data quality and support data integrations for implementations.
