Job summary

You will handle high-visibility analytic requests and drive data-driven decision making.

The role requires a quantitative degree, 7+ years in BI or data analytics, and experience with Python or R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on quantitative coursework or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Experience in statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-visibility analytics requests for the Compute Trust and Safety organization.
• Manage and evolve executive reporting and operational insights for leadership visibility.
• Identify and size operational improvement opportunities with scenario planning.
• Advise trust and safety leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Translate complex findings into compelling data narratives to influence policy.
