Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature
• 7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
• Experience in statistical programming languages (Python, R) for advanced modeling

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-visibility analytics requests for the Compute Trust and Safety organization.
• Manage and evolve executive reporting and operational insights for leadership visibility.
• Identify, size, and propose operational improvements using scenario planning and capacity modelling.
• Act as trusted advisor to trust and safety leadership, defining metrics and data needs.
• Translate findings into compelling data-driven narratives to influence decisions.
