Job summary

Ultimate Jet Vacations is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex commercial data into clear, actionable insights for leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

You will partner with the Head of Commercial Strategy to uncover trends, challenge assumptions, and bring insights before they’re asked for. A strategic, narrative-driven approach to data will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Advanced Tableau experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Excellent Excel/Sheets proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Tableau dashboards across Sales, Gross Profit, Agent Performance, Regional Performance, Marketing, and Luxury Travel.
• Partner with department leaders to review performance and translate data into business conversations.
• Identify GP leakage, negative-margin bookings, underperforming agents, inefficiencies and trends; provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain the weekly Commercial Reporting package for leadership meetings.
• Maintain data model integrity, Tableau environment, and data dictionary; collaborate with Technology.
• Design ad-hoc analyses to answer strategic business questions, not just reports.
• Improve self-serve access to dashboards for department leaders.
