Job summary

Destination Cleveland is seeking a talented Analytics/Insights professional to join our Insights & Analytics team in Cleveland, OH. You will expand capacity for data-informed decision-making by maintaining dashboards, preparing datasets, and guiding research initiatives across Marketing, Sales & Services, and Operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in analytics or a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with incomplete or fragmented datasets to produce usable analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools including Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports used by internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Support reporting and analysis needs across Marketing, Sales & Services, Destination Management, and Operations, helping to move projects forward and ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Partner with teams across the organization to understand reporting needs, identify relevant data sources, and ensure outputs align with business context.
• Summarize and translate findings from data analysis, research activities, and feedback collection into clear, actionable insights for reporting and presentations.
• Prepare charts, visualizations, and summaries that clearly communicate key findings and support decision-making.
• Assist with qualitative research activities such as focus groups, interviews, and visitor feedback collection, including synthesis and summary of key themes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners, as needed, to support data collection, research efforts, and project execution.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, economics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
