HNTB is seeking a benefits leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the benefits function. You will manage planning, implementation and administration of benefit programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with HR strategy.

Under the supervision of the Total Rewards Director, you will coach the benefits team, analyze plan costs, manage vendor relationships, and advise on policy development to keep programs compliant and competitive for employees.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is required.
• 7 years related benefits experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of employee benefit policies and procedures and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Manages, coaches, and develops the benefits team.
• Establishes goals and objectives, assesses performance and provides feedback.
• Oversees design and development of plan changes to ensure competitive and cost effective benefits plans.
• Manages vendor relationships and renewal processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Writes and distributes summary plan descriptions.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
