Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate vendor contracts for renewals and monitor compliance.
• Manage Deferred Vested retirement calculations and pension changes.
• Advise on benefit program changes and ensure legal compliance.
• Mentor staff and assist with training and budgeting.
• Conduct employee and retiree educational meetings and communications.
• Maintain ERISA plan documents and updates.
• Identify efficiencies in delivery of benefits programs.
