Job summary

Warner Pacific is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex clients, coordinating renewals with Account Executives and reviewing census data for tailored renewal strategies.

You will work with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure compliance with carrier guidelines. Hybrid remote work is available with occasional in-office meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
• Must hold Life & Health License with timely renewal and CE completion.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits products, contributions, and pricing models.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Experience coordinating renewals and open enrollment for complex clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex clients and renewals with Account Executives.
• Coordinate open enrollment with group administrators and carriers.
• Analyze census data to tailor renewal strategies and plan options.
• Manage Co-Broker arrangements and ensure up-to-date commission data.
• Utilize Salesforce, BenefitPoint, Brokerage Builder, EPIC, and internal CRM for tracking.
• Provide strategic renewal and plan design recommendations to clients and brokers.
• Assist in onboarding and cross-functional projects to improve service delivery.
• Mentor junior Account Managers and support internal teams.
