RailPros in Irving, TX is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee the design, administration, and continuous improvement of U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.

You will work with brokers, carriers, and third‑party vendors to ensure competitive, compliant, and employee‑focused benefits offerings. You will partner with leadership to analyze market trends, optimize costs, and enhance employee well‑being across the United States, Canada, and Mexico while guiding a benefits team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years benefits administration experience.
• 3+ years managing health and welfare benefits.
• Experience with 401(k) retirement plans and vendor management.
• Experience supporting multi-state employers.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and administration of US health, welfare, and retirement programs.
• Oversee annual benefits planning and open enrollment.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA.
• Collaborate with legal and finance to optimize costs.
• Provide benefits communications and training.
• Lead leave administration and FMLA processes.
