Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced benefits professional to design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs across multiple regions. You will administer enrollments, renewals, and lifecycle activities while coordinating with vendors to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and proven experience with Workday or SAP HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years in benefits, total rewards, or related function.
• Experience with multi-regional benefits programs and complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of health & welfare and retirement programs and ERISA familiarity.
• Vendor management with third-party providers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support design and enhancement of global benefits programs across regions.
• Administer enrollments, renewals, and lifecycle activities with accuracy.
• Coordinate with benefits vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Lead end-to-end vendor implementations, including RFPs and post-implementation audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and regional teams.
• Resolve escalated employee issues related to eligibility and vendor administration.
• Support annual enrollment planning, testing, audits, and communications.
• Develop benefits communications for a diverse workforce.
• Analyze benefits data with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare leadership reports and recommendations for improvement.
