Job summary

OneDigital’s Benefits Consulting team is seeking a seasoned professional to retain clients and manage a growing book of business in the Atlanta area. The Benefits Consultant leads strategy, renewal design, and service delivery while communicating OneDigital’s value and industry trends to active clients.

You will collaborate with account management, client service, and carriers to design sophisticated benefit solutions, oversee implementation, and grow the book through cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred as stated.
• Minimum 3+ years of benefits consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Health Care Reform and related insurance products.
• Experience with quoting processes and tools.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with database applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies.
• Lead pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and open enrollment planning.
• Determine scope of services for clients and communicate timelines.
• Ensure revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects.
• Monitor project scope, budget, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Assist in onboarding new clients with implementation planning.
