Job summary

Woods System of Care is seeking a Benefits Administrator to coordinate all benefits and leave-related matters for employees. This on-site role will require periodic travel to WSOC PA and NJ affiliates to ensure accurate enrollment and compliance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 7 years of HR experience, plus a valid driver’s license for travel across the system of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience required; commensurate experience may be considered.
• Employee must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to various locations across the system of care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate benefits and leave matters for Woods System of Care employees.
• Assist in enrollment periods and education sessions for employees.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and third-party administrators.
• Audit benefit invoices and process payments.
• Ensure ACA, ADA, PWFA, FMLA compliance across programs.
• Assist with 403(b) and 401(k) plan maintenance and enrollment.
