Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employee benefits as Account Manager or Account Executive.
• Ability to analyze data and present recommendations to clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and subject matter expert for clients.
• Analyze client data and conduct market comparisons.
• Lead marketing process and carrier negotiations.
• Oversee ongoing client service delivery.
