Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with benefits analytics and plan design is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA and other regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis and planning for employee benefit programs across a large organization.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and external partners to deliver high-quality benefits.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management of benefit programs and related documentation.
