Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead cross-functional sourcing and purchasing across categories, ensuring cost efficiency and continuity of supply. You will partner with production, operations, and suppliers to optimize materials availability and drive strategic supplier agreements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field with 6 years in purchasing or supply chain and certification; cosmetics experience is highly desirable. On-site work in Mundelein, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Approximately six (6) years of combined experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
• Purchasing or Supply Chain certification.
• Cosmetics/beauty industry experience highly desirable.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; Google Suite/Docs; ERP systems such as NetSuite & SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end sourcing and purchasing activities across categories.
• Develops sourcing strategies and supplier agreements for best value.
• Manages supplier performance and cross-functional partnerships.
• Drives cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintains purchasing, contract, and recordkeeping systems for efficiency.
• Leads, develops, and supports the purchasing team.
