Job summary

Alkermes in Massachusetts is seeking a Manager on our Business Development team. You will support senior management decision-making and lead tasks such as screening products, companies, and therapeutic areas to support development, licensing and/or M&A activities.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, project management and leadership skills, plus the ability to coordinate cross-functionally across the pharmaceutical/biotech landscape.

Qualifications

• MBA or life sciences graduate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in pharma/biotech BD, licensing, or strategic analysis.
• Experience using healthcare/financial databases is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytic, communication, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management decision-making for development, licensing, and M&A.
• Screen products, companies, and therapeutic areas.
• Develop market research and financial models.
• Prepare in- and out-licensing packages and provide negotiation support.
